First step we cleanse your face with deep cleansing lotion then Massage again with deep cleansing lotion and massage lotion then you can see your face start peeling which you can see your pimple come out with no instruments maching just continue massage for another 10 mins. then clense off with pure water then masque with fango from vocanic earth leave for 10 mins. then clense off with pure water again then tonic yourface with cotton finish with day or night cream.

WARNING to …
WARNING to travellers: Don’t go to Sinativa Spa Chiang Mai I visited Sinativa Spa in Oct 2008. It was the WORST experience ever. The scrub is made from salt, that when rubbed into any nicks or bites on your skin STINGS like you can’t imagine! It was shabby and cheap – but cost US$200. The showers were mouldy & cracked & the product to wash with is that irridescent blue rubbish from the cheapest shops. It was awful & the proprietor was nasty, aggressive & rude. My advice – don’t WASTE your money
